• 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited on the legal structuring and delivery of the inaugural multi-discipline cycling world championships held in Glasgow and across Scotland in 2023
• Zonal Retail Data Systems Limited on the acquisition of part of the share capital of Admargin Limited
